On July 12, 2023, we conducted a Health, Safety, and Discipline Awareness Meeting to reinforce best practices in workplace safety, road regulations, and operational discipline.

Health & Safety Guidelines

🚫 No Alcohol Consumption: Strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a ₹10,000 penalty.
🦺 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All personnel must wear helmets, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety glasses, and hand gloves while at loading and unloading premises.

Road Safety & Traffic Regulations

🌧 Rainy Season Caution: Avoid operating vehicles near roadside pits after loading to prevent accidents.
⚠ Speed Limit Compliance: Always adhere to speed regulations to ensure safe transportation.
🚛 Breakdown Protocol: If a vehicle breaks down, immediately park it safely to avoid disrupting traffic.

Discipline at Loading & Unloading Points

👔 Uniform Compliance: Drivers and cleaners must wear uniforms as per Sribalaji Transport (SBT) norms.
🚦 Respect & Compliance: Drivers must maintain discipline and follow all operator and security instructions.
🛠 Pre-Entry Vehicle Check: Before entering company premises, verify tire air pressure and resolve any issues.
🚫 No Resting in Loading/Unloading Zones: Sleeping or taking rest in these areas is strictly prohibited.
🔄 Follow the Loading Sequence: Adhere to the allotted serial order and stay near your vehicle at all times.
🛑 No Unnecessary Stoppages: Once loaded, vehicles must proceed directly to the unloading point without delays.
🧹 Spillage Management: Any oil spillage in loading/unloading areas must be immediately cleaned to maintain a safe workspace.
